Delivery & Returns
Items are posted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
E.g. if you place an order for an item at 6pm UK Time on a Monday or Tuesday, it will be sent on Wednesday afternoon.
We will occasion not be able to fulfil orders due to holidays. When these times arise, we will display a prominent banner at the top of our website notifying when orders will resume.
You are free to order during this period of time, but the banner is to make you aware there will be a delay in processing and dispatching your order during that time period.

We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your cost (which for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities) within 14 days upon receipt of the order.
We ask that you take care in opening your items, returns will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and are in an unused, resalable condition. Please ensure that returned goods are sufficiently packaged, protected and are sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in transit.
In the event of a fault that has not been described correctly with your item, please notify us by email: email@example.com
Please note: many of the items we sell, specifically watch movements or faulty watches/pocket watches are sold as faulty and described as such. We endeavour to describe every fault in as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision prior to purchase.
We will then decide on action based on the individual circumstance.
All digital download products are non-refundable.
